| Abstract: | It is a general tendency to be unity for regional economy and talented people to develop,so the unity of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei in the development of talented people should be pushed ahead.Speeding up the common development, carrying out new thinking and creating better environment for talented people will absorb more talented people into Hebei who will serve Hebei in modernization construction. |
