当今我国城市化发展中的主要问题与具体对策

新中国成立以来 ,我国的城市化水平与质量都有极大的提高 ,表现为城市数量的增多 ,城市规模的扩大与升级 ,城市基础设施逐步完善 ,居民生活水平的提高 ,城市经济欣欣向荣。但也存在不少问题 ,如我国城市化总体水平不高 ,滞后于工业化 ;大量农村剩余劳动力与城市对农村劳动力的有限吸纳力之间的矛盾日益突出 ;城市化质量不高 ;城市外延式扩展占用大量耕地 ,城市土地利用粗放 ;等等。本文就此提出了城市化发展的具体对策。
