| 摘 要： | 《复活节协议》签订后,北爱尔兰并没有享受到真正的和平,不时发生的族群冲突和宗教仇杀仍然令人担忧。本文认为随着和平条约遗留问题的解决,新地方政府的组建,再加上来自民间的和解动力等因素的推动,北爱尔兰的冲突将在协和式民主的基础上走向真正的和解。

| Abstract: | Since the "Belfast Agreement "reached in 1998,Northern Ireland has not enjoyed total peace.With the resolution of some thorny problems,the re-establishment of the new local government,and the conciliation impetus coming from grassroots,the paper thinks Northern Ireland will become a harmonious society on the basis of Consociation Democracy. |
