土地革命战争时期闽西根据地对健康权的保护

闽西革命根据地的执政实践,积极贯彻了党和苏维埃中央政府对生命健康权的重视,在党、军队、根据地政权的各种决议、政策和法律法规条例中体现了对工人、农民、红军战士乃至敌军伤病员生命健康权的保护。在当时复杂的战争环境中和极其落后的经济条件下,一些具体规定不一定都能够完完全全的实现与执行,但彰显出了中国共产党执政为民的理念,其中的一些方式和方法对当今民众卫生健康建设领域也具有一定的借鉴作用。

The Protection of Health Right in Western Fujian Revolutionary Base during the Agrarian Revolutionary War

The Western Fujian revolutionary base actively implemented the Soviet Central Government’s policy of protecting people’s life and health right.In the complex war environment at that time and under the very poor e-conomic conditions,a number of specific provisions may or may not be able to fully achieve the implementation, but highlight the concept of the Party’s Governing for the people,which are still useful for the modern construc-tion of public health and hygiene.
