陕西第三产业演进趋势及其内部结构分析

改革开放以来,陕西第三产业比重不断上升,促进了产业结构的不断优化,拉动了陕西国民经济增长,但与发达地区相比仍然十分落后,除受陕西经济发展水平和城市化水平低的因素制约外,关键是其内部结构不合理。陕西第三产业仍然以流通部门等传统服务业为主导产业,而具有高附加值的技术、知识密集型的新兴现代服务业发展严重滞后,陕西第三产业内部结构仍处于低层次水平,升级缓慢,从而限制了其对经济持续增长的有效拉动。

An Analysis on the Evolution Trends of the Tertiary Industry of Shaanxi and Its Internal Structure

The specific weight of the tertiary industry of Shaanxi is rising constantly, which promotes the constant adjustment of the industrial structure and the national economic growth of Shaanxi effectively, but it is still very backward to compare with the developed area. Restricted by the factors of the economy development the level of its urbanization is low, and its internal structure is unreasonable. The traditional service trades still play dominant role in the tertiary industry of Shaanxi. Knowledge with high value is lagging behind seriously. The internal structure of the tertiary industry of Shaanxi is still in low level which limits its effective pulling of the economic development.
