大学生“村官”可持续发展的影响因素及对策

大学生“村官”制度在我国还是新鲜事物，走什么路的博弈存在于发展的全过程中。从政治制度、经济制度、社会文化、大学生自身技能素质等层面，全面分析了影响大学生“村官”可持续发展的原因，提出应该从加大宣传力度、制定和完善相关制度、加强高校培养力度等方面来实现大学生“村官”的可持续发展，从而也有利于我国社会主义新农村建设的可持续发展。

Sustainable Development of Undergraduates as Village Leaders: Factors of Influence and Countermeasures

Undergraduates serving as village leaders after graduation, as a new phenomenon in China, are wandering at the cross on what way to stick to. This paper analyzes the reasons that influence the sustainable development of undergraduates who serve as village leaders, including the political and economic systems, social culture and college students＂ qualities. In an attempt to fulfill sustainable development of undergraduates as village leaders and the construction of a socialist new countryside, it proceeds to put forward some suggestions, including the strengthening of propagation, the formulation of pertinent rules and regulations, and the strengthening of college education.
