盐城市滩涂资源开发利用程度评价

摘    要:从开发利用现状、社会、技术、生态视角构建了盐城市滩涂资源开发利用程度评价体系,利用改进后的熵值法计算指标权重,研究发现2009至2016年滩涂资源开发的综合评价指数总体呈上升趋势,其中技术、经济子系统一直处于平稳上升状态,社会评价子系统总体呈上升趋势,仅2012年出现下降,生态环境子系统2009至2011年评价指数下降,2012后呈逐年上升趋势。由此从生态环境建设、开发利用模式等方面提出了提高盐城市滩涂开发利用水平的对策建议。

Abstract:The research on the evaluation of the development and utilization degree of the tidal flat resources is particularly important. This paper constructs the evaluation system of the development and utilization degree of the tidal flat resources in Yancheng from the perspective of development and utilization status, society, technology and ecology, and USES the improved entropy method to calculate the index weight. Calculation results show that: from 2009 to 2016, comprehensive evaluation index of the development of tidal flats resources in general is on the rise, including technical, economic subsystem has been rising steadily, social evaluation subsystem in general is on the rise, decline in 2012, the ecological environment subsystem evaluation index fell from 2009 to 2011, 2012 after rising year by year. This paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the level of development and utilization of the coastal tidal flats in Yancheng city from the aspects of ecological environment construction and development and utilization mode
