探析美国司法对其黑人人权的剥夺

历史上,美国的人权政策曾经长期剥夺黑人及其他种族人民的人权,在美国的司法领域中存在着极严重的种族歧视传统,美国最高法院等司法部门更是滥用其职权限制和剥夺黑人人权,司法暴力现象司空见惯。无数案例和大量精确的统计资料表明,美国并非是如其自诩的“自由者的乐土”。相反,美国的黑人至今仍是世界上受苦最深的民族之一,他们仍要为争取“自由、平等、幸福”的权利作艰苦持久的斗争。

On Administration of US Justice Depriving the Negro of Their Human Rights

The policies of human rights of America have been depriving the Negro and other races of their human rights for such long time in history, and there has been serious racism tradition among America administration of justice ,even the Supreme Court of America as well as other sorts of judicial departments have been abusing their power to deprive the Negro of their human rights, judicial violence has become common in America . These countless cases , full and accurate statistical data in this thesis show that America is absolutely not the paradise for freedom as it bragged . On the contrary , the Negro in America even now is still one of the nationalities which are suffering deeply till now,and the road of their struggle for "freedom?equality and happiness" is deemed to be long and tortuous.
