中部地区地方高校教师流失对策探析

中部地方高校为中部地区崛起发挥着巨大作用,但教师却在不断流失,要改变这一现象,必须提出新的观点,采取有效措施。文章提出了要制订全国统一的人才流动法规、实行向落后地区倾斜的工资制度、培育教学名师、办特色高校和完善本科教学评估细则等前瞻性的对策。
