中部地区地方高校教师流失对策探析

摘    要:中部地方高校为中部地区崛起发挥着巨大作用,但教师却在不断流失,要改变这一现象,必须提出新的观点,采取有效措施。文章提出了要制订全国统一的人才流动法规、实行向落后地区倾斜的工资制度、培育教学名师、办特色高校和完善本科教学评估细则等前瞻性的对策。

Abstract:Local higher school in the central region plays a huge function for the region's development,but the talented person still runs off continuously.To changing this phenomenon,we must put forward the new standpoint,adopt the valid measure.This text puts forward to make caw to draw up the higher school talented person whom whole country unifies to flow,carry out the wages system toward the inclination of poor region and train the famous teaching master and do the high school of special features and improve the undergraduate course teaching valuation rule etc,the countermeasures.
