| 摘 要： | 突发公共卫生事件 ,不仅仅是医学问题 ,而且是社会问题 ,需要社会工作者的广泛参与。在应对突发公共卫生事件问题上 ,社会工作者可以发挥多方面的作用。在我国全面建设小康社会的过程中 ,加强社会工作制度建设已经刻不容缓。
