| Abstract: | Now, human resource has become the first resource for enterprise development and advancement of science and technique. This article makes out exterior environment of enterprise human resource supply in the future through analyzing and estimating the exterior affective factor of human resource supply , which is important to hold opportunity tightly and win the competition of human resource. |
