| 摘 要： | 管理心态是个体在人际交互作用活动中对待自我和他人的认知与情感结构。作为管理者素质的重要组成部分,个体心态是制约其管理绩效的根本性因素之一。本文在一项初步调研的基础上,分析了管理心态的表现特点,并提出了相关的调控策略。

| Abstract: | Management life position is cognitive and emotional structureabout individuals attitude toward themselves and others in social interaction.As an important part of managers quality, individuals life position is one ofthe fundamental factors which influence his management performance. Basedon an introductory investigation, this article not only analyzed thecharacteristics of four types of management life positions, but also proposedsome strategies to regulate and transform negative life positions. |
