大力发展哲学社会科学促进一流大学建设

江泽民同志关于哲学社会科学的两次重要讲话 ,充分体现了党和国家对发展哲学社会科学的高度重视 ,是“三个代表”思想的重要组成部分 ,不仅是建设有中国特色社会主义的行动指南 ,更是发展高等教育事业、建设一流大学的行动纲领。文章仅就以农业和生命科学为主体的院校 ,如何贯彻落实江泽民同志关于发展哲学社会科学的重要讲话 ,谈了比较深刻的认识 ,并对农业大学如何发展哲学社会科学进行了比较深入的探讨

Devote major efforts to developing the social sciences and give impetus to first－class university building

The two important speeches made by Comrade Jiang Zemin on philosophy and the social sciences, which fully embody the fact that the Party and the state attach much importance to philosophy and the social sciences, are an important component part of the important thought of Three Representatives. Besides, they are not only an action guide for building socialism with Chinese characteristics, but an action programme for developing the cause of higher education and building first-class universities. The author,in this paper, deeply states what he thinks merely about how the universities and colleges with agricultural and biological science as main body implement the spirit of the important speeches made by Comrade Jiang Zemin on developing philosophy and the social sciences, and deeply ponders on how agricultural universities develop philosophy and the social sciences.
