| 摘 要： | 随着中国经济体制改革的不断深入,私人财产占社会资本总量的比重也不断增大。文章指出,从宪法的高度上保护私人财产具有完善公民的人格权、促进市场经济的健康发展、引导非公有制经济的发展、维护安定团结的社会秩序等诸多方面的宪政意义。

| Abstract: | With the incessant deepening of economic system reformation, private property occupies an increasing percentage in the total social fortunes. To protect private property from the height of the constitution will surely help fulfill citizens' personality, liberty and constitutional construction as to propel the healthy development of market economy as well as guide the expansion of non-public ownership and guarantee a steady and united social order. |
