明清徽州粮食问题研究

摘    要:由于地理条件所限,明清以来徽州大米产量难以维持自食,当地的食物结构中,常以五谷杂粮佐食,灾荒期间,辅以各种救荒食物,故而外界的粮食输入对于维持徽州的社会稳定有着重要作用。徽州地区主要经新安江、饶河从浙江、江西运进粮食,再通过境内短途粮食水运网或肩挑背扛的方式转销到山间乡闾,水陆交汇处往往形成重要的粮食集散地。在崇祯九年大旱背景下,米市存在着冒领、强买、择人而卖等诸多混乱之处,而关于交易过程、脚夫、船户、牙行、米商的规定,和官府籴买缓解米荒、保护米船、平抑物价等措施又显示了明末政府在协调市场方面的调控力。

Abstract:Being short of rice due to geographical locations,inhabitants in the Huizhou region were supplied with coarse cereals and imported food for famine relief in the Ming and the Qing dynasties. Food import is essential for the maintenance of social stability.
