| 摘 要： | 在市场经济条件下,企业合资参股行为时常发生,横向经济联合频繁,资本运作并购不断。随着资本的投入与运营,必然带来原用人单位劳动者从原单位派出到合资、参股单位工作。这些被派往合资、参股单位工作的劳动者的劳动关系管理成为当前关联企业人力资源管理中最为突出的问题。
