| 摘 要： | 20世纪 60年代至今 ,为了应对日益动荡的外部环境 ,企业战略理论完成了从试图使企业适应环境到力争完善企业能力的发展过程 ,出现了设计学派、计划学派、学习学派、结构学派和企业能力学派等理论流派 ,按照其发展逻辑推断 ,企业战略发展的未来趋势可能是在新的信息经济条件下如何控制战略对象的变化

| Abstract: | For replying to diverse environment the theories of the enterprise strategic management are finishing their development from trying to fit management environment to perfect enterprise's power since sixties of this century.There are many theories such as Design school,planning school,learning school,structure school and power-based theory. During its developmental logic,the future of the strategic management theory may be researching on how to control the strategic object in the new condition of the information economy. |
