The former is demonstrated by the lawful status of Buddhist conviction, the moral features and practical functions of the Buddhism, while the latter is true on account of the fact that the moral standards of Buddhism can be transplanted and its experiences in moral construction can be used for reference. The efficient employment of the two functions will have impacts on the current transformation of Buddhist ethics.
