| 摘 要： | 在影响高考发展的众多因素中 ,法规建设是一个不可忽视的因素 ,它直接关系到高考的改革与发展是否有章可循、有法可依。随着高等教育的快速发展 ,《暂行条例》等法规的有些条规已明显不适应高等教育的改革 ,招生考试法规面临许多新的挑战。法规的建设工作应在两个方面不断加强 :一是对《暂行条例》及其它相关法规中某些条规作相应的修订与调整 ;二是在时机成熟时 ,出台相应的《考试法》或《考试管理法》。

| Abstract: | Among the factors affecting the development of matriculation, the construction of laws and regulations is an important one calling for attention. With the fast development of higher education,some current clauses of the laws and regulations don't fit in with the reforms of higher education any longer. So, it should be improved in two aspects: to revise those out-of-dated clauses and to make legislation for examination. |
