Abstract: | The Twenty-fourth Party Congress emphasized that the approach to the solution of problems relating to the development of agricultural production, elaborated by the March (1965) Plenum of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, lies in the creation of stable economic conditions for the development of agriculture, with due regard to the entire complex of factors that influence it. This approach was the basis for the elaboration of a broad program of agricultural development and for the implementation of this program. |
