摘    要:抗战前我国中等师范教育经历了萌芽、初建发展、衰落与重建几个阶段 ,呈现出发展的态势 ;但中等师范教育的发展并不能满足初等教育的需求 ,它与初等教育之间的关系是不平衡的。本文旨在对抗战前我国中等师范教育的演进历程及其与初等教育之间的关系作一初步研究

Abstract:The secondary teacher education in our country evolved from embryo, establishment, growth, and decline to reconstruction before Anti-Japanese War. However, it couldn't meet the needs of elementary education, thus the development of secondary teacher education and the elementary education was imbalance. This paper mainly expounds the progress and the relation between the two in that period.
