抗日根据地的乡村基层民主政治建设

中国共产党在领导抗日根据地民主政治建设的过程中,特别重视以乡级基层政权建设为核心的乡村基层民主政治建设,通过开展各种民主活动把抗日和民主紧密地结合起来,将民主政治植根于根据地抗日民主政权的最基层——乡村,使民众在基层政权中获得了前所未有的权力。卓有成效的乡村基层民主政治建设,为抗日战争的胜利准备了条件,为最终战胜国民党奠定了基础,同时,也为今天进一步推进农村基层民主政治建设留下了宝贵的历史经验。

Rural Grassroots Democracy Construction in the Anti-Japanese Base Area

During the process of democracy construction led by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in anti-Japan base area, the CCP laid stress on the rural grassroots democracy construction. The movements of Anti-Japan and democracy were closely united through all kinds of democratic activities, and democracy was rooted in the rural communities, which were the grassroots of democracy regime in anti-Japan base area. As a result, the mass unprecedentedly got the power in their hands. Highly effective rural democracy construction had not only prepared for victory to the War of Resistance against Japan, but also laid a foundation for defeating the Kuomingtang. At the same time, it provided valuable experience for further rural grassroots democracy construction nowadays.
