| 摘 要： | 新制度经济学是以交易费用、产权和契约理论为分析基础的。在这三大理论基点中 ,惟有交易费用可进行量化研究。但由于对交易费用的研究角度不同 ,对交易费用概念的认识不一致 ,直到 1987年 ,才有华列士 (Ｊ .Ｊ .Ｗａｌｌｉｓ)和诺斯 (Ｄ .Ｃ .Ｎｏｒｔｈ)对美国 1870～ 1970年的交易费用变化状况的研究问世 (Ｊ.Ｊ.ＷａｌｉｉｓａｎｄＤ .Ｃ .Ｎｏｒｔｈ ,1987)。华列士和诺斯从考察经济活动及其主体出发 ,将人的经济功能分为交易功能 (ＴｒａｎｓａｃｔｉｏｎＦｕｎｃｔｉｏｎ)和转换功能(ＴｒａｎｓｆｏｒｍａｔｉｏｎＦｕｎｃｔｉｏｎ) …

| Abstract: | With Wallis and North’s progress on measuring transactions costs, this article aims to establish a theoretical framework of measuring the transaction sector in the Chinese economy, and gives a practical measurement, a close correlation between the transaction costs growth and economic growth in China has been revealed. The growth rate of transaction costs in different industries is different. The new forthcoming transaction services are the industries in which the transaction costs growth more rapidly than the manufacturing industries of non-transaction service. |
