| 摘 要： | 基于东亚国际关系的复杂性和特殊性，东亚国家在次区域、区域和大区域层面创建了东盟、10-4-1和10＋3、APEC等合作模式，并采取多样性、灵活性、渐进性、包容性和开放性的合作方式，最终使得区域合作取得了显著成效。

| Abstract: | Based on the speciality and complexity of international relations, the countries in East Asia have created some models including ASEAN, 10 ＋ 1 and 10 ＋ 3, and APEC, in the levels of sub-region, region and grand region to cooperate. They have adopted a new cooperation mechanism with the characteristics of diversity, flexibility, progression, inclusiveness and openness so that they have enjoyed great development in the cooperation. |
