| 摘 要： | 本研究采用五因素个性问卷(NEO)和应付方式问卷,对当前我国高职院校女大学生的个性特征和应付方式特点进行调查研究,结果表明:1.高职院校女大学生的个性特征与女性群体之间存在一定差异。2.高职院校女大学生在个性特征上存在专业差异。3.高职院校的女生以积极的应付方式为主,较少采用消极的应付方式。4.高职院校女生的个性特征与应付方式之间存在显著相关。

| Abstract: | To explore personality characteristics and coping style and the relationship between them of the female students from higher occupation technical institutes,600 students were tested with NEO and coping style questionnaires.The results indicate: 1.there exists significant difference between the female students and the female general model in personality characteristics.2.The major factor makes significant difference in personality characteristics.3.The female students from higher occupation technical institutes use positive coping style more than negative coping style.4.There is a significant correlation between personality characteristics and coping style of female students from higher occupation technical institutes. |
