| 摘 要： | 在我国,土地仍然是当今农民生存和发展的主要的生产资料。由于人口不断的增长和城市化进程的 加快,我国农村人均土地面积日益减少,由此而来引起的土地权属争议的问题也日益突出。若得不到 及时和有效的解决,势必影响到民族的团结,农村社会稳定和农业经济的发展。笔者试就贵州民族地 区土地权属争议问题提出一些不成熟的看法,以期抛砖引玉。

| Abstract: | In China's rural areas,land is an important means of production. With the increase of population and urbanization, the land possession per capita in China's rural areas is being reduced. Then, disputes con-cerning land ownership occur. Thus,it is necessary to settle the problems that may occur in order to a-chieve ethnic harmony. |
