1906-1908年的郑孝胥与预备立宪公会

1906年,清政府宣布仿行宪政后,归隐上海的郑孝胥在其老幕主岑春煊的支持下,与张謇、汤寿潜、刘厚生等人一起,在上海成立了当时国内影响力最大的立宪团体——预备立宪公会.在随后1907 1908年的国会请愿运动中,郑孝胥受当时社会环境的影响,带领预备立宪公会的会员,设立国会研究会,向宪政编查馆上书,请求速开国会.通过收集19061908年间郑孝胥相关活动中的言论,了解清末预备立宪时期郑孝胥的宪政观.

Zheng Xiaoxu and the Preparatory Constituent Assembly During 1906- 1908

In 1906, the Qing government announced to follow constitutional, at the same time, un- der the support of the chief of staff Cen Chunxuan, Zheng Xiaoxu, together with Zhang Jian, Tang Shouqian and Liu Housheng etc founded the most influential constitutional group-The Preparatory Constituent Assembly in Shanghai. In the Congress Petition Campaign during 1907- 19（18, Zheng Xiaoxu and other members of the Preparatory Constitutional Council established the Congressional Research Association. They submitted to the Constitutional Pavilion for establishing the Congress. By collecting Zheng Xiaoxu＇s speeches in various activities from 1906 to 1908, Zheng Xiaoxu＇s constitutional viewpoints during the period of preparatory constitutional were analyzed.
