| 摘 要： | 我国学位授权机制目前只是注重了中央和地方两级政府职能的发挥,而忽视了高校和社会中介这两个在学位授权机制构建中的重要主体.从学位授权机制应有的内涵出发,提出要构建以申请学位授权单位或学位授权点的建设机制、学位授权单位或学位授权点的审批机制以及对已获得学位授权单位或学位授权点的后期评估与监督机制三个子机制为体系的机制系统,并论证了其重要性,提出了实施的建议.
