| 摘 要： | 建设创新型国家，是胡锦涛为总书记的党中央，以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，吸收国际上的先进文明成果，认真总结我国建设中国特色社会主义实践经验的基础上，从全面建设小康社会、进一步开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的全局出发，做出的重大战略决策。深刻地阐明了建设创新型国家的战略地位和客观要求，指出了建设创新型国家的广阔领域和基本途径，是贯彻科学发展观、建设中国特色社会主义的强大动力，也是一项极其广泛而深刻的社会变革，必将推动我国经济社会又好又快地发展。
