| Abstract: | There are some systematical defects in the urban building demolition which are reflected on the aspects of legislations,demolishing purposes,stipulations and right compensations.Therefore,it is necessary to change the legislation concepts,improve legislation criteria,develop legislation contents and clarify compensational measures so as to reconstruct the demolishing system of urban buildings. |
