| 摘 要： | “西部大开发”战略的贯彻落实,是西部地区千载难逢的发展机遇。然而,西部的开发振兴,任重而道远。在西部发展的诸多制约因素中,信息的匮乏、图书情报事业的滞后,是一个重要的方面。本文对西部地区图书馆存在的问题及其发展对策,作一探讨。
