摘    要:在市场经济全球化的今天,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈。为确保企业可持续性生存和发展,就必须要有比其竞争对手更强的长期性优化配置资源的能力,也就是必须要有很强的核心竞争力。为此,作者力图从企业核心竞争力的含义出发,分析我国零售企业存在的问题,对零售企业的核心竞争力的构建途径做出研究,希望能为中国零售企业核心竞争力的建设提供一些启迪和帮助。

Abstract:Due to the globality, nowadays, the competitions among corporations have become increasingly fierce. To insure their sustained existence and development, enterprises should be able to dispose resources better than other ones in long-term--which means stronger core competence. For the purpose, the author, from the implication of the core competence of the corporation, analyses the problems existing in retail business and puts forward the way to construct the competence, hoping to offer enlightenment and help.
