辽宁省竞技运动员文化教育现状及对策

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对辽宁省竞技运动员的文化教育现状及对策进行深入、细致地研究。结果表明：目前辽宁省运动员文化教育现状不能满足现代竞技体育对体育人才文化素质的要求,仍然受困于“重竞技,轻文化课”传统观念,在此基础上提出实践中探索科学处理“学训矛盾”的新途,贯彻“读训并重”的方针、探索符合学生实际的教学方式和方法、重视职业技能教育,将运动员的再就业压力变为人力资源优势。
