浅析日本基础教育阶段的课例研究

摘    要:关注国外课例研究对于我国基础教育意义重大。日本基础教育阶段的课例研究有十几年的历史,其主要研究特点是目标宏观、突出教学难点、关注学生表现和现场观察。其积极作用是提高了教师的宏观思考能力,提升了教师的教学理念和合作能力,丰富了教师的教学经验,提高了他们解决新问题的能力和观察学生的能力。确保其取得成功的条件有相对统一的课程内容、相对稳定的课程政策、稳定的教师合作制度和教师自我批判的反思精神。

Abstract:It makes great sense for Chinese fundamental education to focus on lesson study overseas.Lesson study has been applied in Japanese fundamental education for several decade years with properties of macroscopic goals;stressing on difficulties in teaching and learning;focusing on student performance and observation in scene.And it has played a positive role in enhancing macroscopic thinking ability of teachers;improving their teaching conception and cooperation capability;enriching their teaching experience and improving their capability of solving new problems and observing their students as well.Then,author argues four conditions that make Lesson study successful as follows,relative unite content in curriculum,relative stable curriculum policy,stable teacher cooperation system and reflective spirits in teacher's self-criticizing.
