摘    要:我国企业雇员流失日益加剧 ,它与雇员的个人发展、学习机会、工资福利、成就感和人际关系等因素息息相关。超限度的雇员流失 ,会导致企业的成本增加、绩效降低、员工素质下降以及技术与市场资源的肢解。因此 ,企业需要确立人本主义的管理理念 ,把好雇员的出入关 ,提高薪酬与福利待遇 ,协助员工计划和开发开展业生源 ,构建优秀的企业文化 ,以赢得员工的忠诚。

Abstract:The losing rate of our enterprises'employee is becoming higher and higher.It's closely bound up individual chance of further development and stude,salary and bonus,the feeling of accomplishment and human relations.Abnormal rapid flowing of HR can cause the increase of enterprise's cost and the reduction of achievement and benefit,the quality of the employe and the dismember of technology and market.So the enterprises should build up a management concept that the HR is essential,and give a raise to the employee's salary and bonus,help to plan and empolder the employee's proressional career and creat and excellent enterprise's culture to win the loyalty of his employee.
