| Abstract: | The formulation and perfection of a sound residence protection system is not only an important part of the deepening of domestic residence reform and the establishment of a new urban residence system,but it is also an integral part of constructing a harmonious socialist society.As the saying goes,wise men can correct their own by other＇s faults.The failure and success of foreign residence protection can serve for domestic practice.This paper summarizes the success of foreign residence protection to put forward suggestions for the optimization of domestic foreign residence protection system. |
