| 摘 要： | 现代法治的基本精神和实践原则都起源于宪政理论,而宪政的诸多理念无不围绕"以人为本"这个核心价值来展开。然而,在阶级社会里由于法的异化,背离了法的本意,制约着人的发展。法律回归于人,法与人的和谐统一,既是法律发展的趋势,也是人的发展的客观要求,同时还是构建我国和谐社会的基本路径和举措。目前,我国在法的人本化方面取得了很大进展,但要实现法与人的和谐统一,还必须作出各方面的努力。

| Abstract: | The basic spirit and practical principle of modern rule of law originated from the theory of constitutionalism encircled the key value of Pepole First. In the class society, being restricted by dissimilaton conditions, the law and the devolopment of people is not only the devolo0ment trend of law but also the objective requirement of people progress and the basic course and meassures of harmonious society construction. Although great achievement has been attained in our country, great efforts must be made to carry out the harmonious integration of law and people. |
