| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会的建设是一个系统工程.构建国民心理疾病生态防治系统是和谐社会这个大系统的一个子系统工程建设.当前,我们虽然有计划、有目标和有步骤地推进构建和谐社会这个系统工程建设,但还是智者千虑,必有一失,那就是忽视了一个子系统——即国民心理疾病生态防治系统的建设.这个系统的构建对于和谐社会的建设能否取得成功颇有影响.
