| 摘 要： | 技术决定论是２０世纪七十年代以前关于技术发展的理论中最具影响力的一个流派。它建立在这样两个原则基础上：技术是自主的；技术变迁导致社会变迁。其理论可分为两大类：强技术决定论和弱技术决定论，前者认为技术是决定社会发展惟一重要的因素，而后者则主张技术与社会之间是相互作用的。７０年代后期，由于社会建构论的兴起，技术决定论受到越来越多的质疑，转而式微。

| Abstract: | Technological determinsm, as one of the most important trends o f technological thoughts before the 1970s.It was mainly based on the views that technology was spontaneous and technological change would lead to social changes.The theory could be classified into strong and soft technological deteminism.The former holds that technology is the only factor to detemine social development,while the latter argues that there is an in-teraction between technology and society.In the late 70s,technological deteminism got more questioned and began to decline due to the popularity of the theory of social construction. |
