企业文化建设中管理传统的融合和再造

摘    要:管理传统与企业文化之间有着密切关系。继承和发扬管理传统中具有现代意义的部分,转化性地创造中国管理传统,建设企业文化,是管理现代化的重要历史任务。企业文化建设中融合传统管理和现代管理,主要通过制度层面、管理层面、执行操作层面三个层面来实现。其中,整合了传统"天人合一"观和和谐观的现代企业价值观,作为矫正"人治"传统弊端的制度权威的确立,"修己安人"传统下管理者个人的身体力行,"家"国"背景下情感融通手段的有效运用,是几个基本方面。

The Integration and Reconstruction of Management Tradition in Business Culture
Abstract:The management tradition and business culture are closely related. The Chinese management tradition is transformed, realized and sustained mainly by the function of informal process in the organizational management in three levels: individuals, groups and managements. It is an important historic task in the management modernization to transform creatively the Chinese management tradition and develop business culture of Chinese characteristics. The integration of traditional and modern management in the development of business culture should be carried out in three aspects: institution, management and operation. The main contents of this thesis include the traditional idea of "the harmony between man and nature" and the modern opinion of "harmony management", the development of institutional authority to overcome the defects of traditional "ruled by the head", the manager should practise what he advocates according to the traditional idea of "improving your own performance to convince others" and the effectively communication in the background of "family", etc.
