二十一世纪美国高质量教师的标准及其实施策略

培养和培训高质量的师资是促进基础教育发展的重要因素之一,进入21世纪,美国制定了中小学教育法,即《不让一个孩子掉队法》,提出了高质量教师的标准及实施策略。2005年,小布什总统连任后,颁布了《教育---美国的承诺》,加大了高质量教师培训的财政支持力度,对达到标准、提高了学生成绩的教师给予奖励。本文通过对美国高质量教师的标准、实施情况及最新进展的评述,提出了我国的教师培训的相关建议。

Standards and Implementary Strategies for Qualified Teachers in America in the Twenty-first Century

Cultivation and training highly qualified teachers plays a vital role in the development of Foundation Education.The Elementary and Secondary Education Act,also called No Child Left Behind has been signed in the U.S.A which stated the standards for highly qualified teachers and its implemental strategies after entering the 21 century.The government promulgates a document of Education-The Promise of America in 2005.it emphasis the finical support for training highly qualified teacher and rewarding teachers who are highly qualified and make great progress in improving students' achievement.This paper gives a brief statement on its implement and least development and makes some suggestions for the teachers' training in China.
