| 摘 要： | 信息不对称存在于证券市场的各个环节,是阻碍证券市场健康发展的重要原因。信息不对称主要表现在证券发行和上市、证券交易、上市公司重组、政策变动的信息不对称等方面,解决的途径是建立证券市场的监管体系、完善市场信息披露制度、规范证券发行和上市审核制度、加强证券市场监管、建立证券市场信用体系。

| Abstract: | Information dissymmetry exists in every link of the stock market, which is the important reason blocking the healthy development of the stock market. Information dissymmetry is mainly demonstrated in the dissymmetry in the stock issuing and listing, stock transaction, reorganization of the listing company, information confusion and policy change etc., so that establishing the supervision and management system, improving the market information announcement system, normalizing the stock issuing and listing examination system, strengthening the supervision and management and also setting up the credit system are the main methods to solve those problems. |
