宽带集成光波导放大器的结构设计

摘    要:对带薄膜滤波器宽带集成光波导放大器的结构进行了设计,并对单程、双程与多程三种放大器结构加以比较,单程结构的特点是结构简单、制作方便,不足之处是增益不高;双程结构特点是器件的整体增益较高但制作不方便,将两者优点结合得到多程波导放大器结构,分析表明多程宽带集成光波导放大器结构是一种较理想的结构。

Abstract:The structure for broad-band integrated optical waveguide amplifier with thin-film filter is designed, and three structure, single path, round path and multi-path, are given, the advantage and shortcoming of different structures is compared, the advantage of single path structure is simple, shortcoming of which is lower total gain, whereas round path structure has higher gain, and fabrication of which is complex, multi-path structure is obtained with combination of the advantage of above two structures. It is shown that multi-path broad-band integrated optical amplifier structure is the best.
