| 摘 要： | 法人腐败是导致社会资源不合理分配的群体行为,和一般腐败相比,它具有制度化、组织化和多样化的特征,如不及时遏制,将会延缓社会主义物质文明、政治文明和精神文明的发展进程。治理法人腐败是一个系统工程,不仅要求我们提高认识,而且要做好建立监督机制、完善法律法规、规范市场行为、改革政治体制等方面的工作。

| Abstract: | Corruption of corporates is a kind of group conduction that leads to unreasonable distribution of social resources.Compared to general corruption,it is systematized,organized and diversified.If not dealt with promptly,it will retard the development of socialist material civilization,political civilization and spiritual civilization.To deal with the corruption of corporates is a systematic engineering.It demands that we should improve morality and make progress in the field of setting up supervision mechanism,perfecting laws and regulations,normalizing market behavior and reforming the political system. |
