| Abstract: | The feature of running institutions of higher learning is explained.Three distinctive features of running Southwest University of Science and Technology are expounded,i.e.system of jointly developing and running a university in cooperation with enterprises and research institutes;dominant disciplines and specialties such as materials,control theory and control engineering and agriculture;and campus culture of "constantly striving to become stronger". |
