| 摘 要： | 新型农村合作医疗制度是农村医疗卫生体系的重要组成部分,是建设社会主义新农村、统筹城乡发展和构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容.资金的筹集与保障是建立和完善新型农村合作医疗制度的核心问题.通过深入分析中国新型农村合作医疗资金运行现状及原因,提出建立和完善新型农村合作医疗资金筹集机制的政策建议.
