| 摘 要： | 中国传统文化中蕴藏着丰富的为官之道思想,在新的历史条件下,继承和发扬这些思想,对于提高领导干部的自身素质和推进社会的政治文明、精神文明建设,具有重要意义。从如下几方面进行了论述,一、以身作则,率先垂范;二、躬身为民,甘为公仆;三、团结合作,协力共事;四、交友有度,党性为先;五、清正廉洁,无私奉献。
