| 摘 要： | 做好职教教师研究工作,是加强职教教师队伍建设的前提。本文分析了我国职业教师队伍建设现状,强调必须做好教师队伍建设的研究工作,职教教师培训基地应为提高教师能力服务,制定适合我国职业教育教师和技能型人才培养的人事政策。同时,就如何改善教师队伍结构提出建议。

| Abstract: | Based on analysing the current situation of the construction of teaching staff of vocational education,the article emphasizes we must do good job in research on the construction of teaching staff,the teachers' training base of vocational education should serve for improving teachers' ability we should lay down personnel policy which adapts to applied talents training.The article also puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the structure of teaching staff. |
