| 摘 要： | 跨国公司R＆D投资对我国企业创新能力的影响日益加大。通过使用OLS回归分析的方法，对跨国公司R＆D投资对我国企业创新能力的影响进行实证分析，结果表明，跨国公司R＆D投资对我国企业技术创新产生示范作用，同时，跨国公司对科技人才的培养以及产生的人才流动明显地促进了知识扩散和技术创新环境的形成，并带动了国内企业的R＆D投资，这些正的溢出效应对我国企业的技术创新能力产生了积极作用。

| Abstract: | The muhinationals＇ R＆D investment is exercising increasing influence on China＇ s technical innovation. By means of the OLS regression analysis, the multinationals＇ R＆D investment on China＇ s technical innovation ability is studied to show that the multinational R＆D investment plays the role of exemplifying for Chinese businesses in technical innovation; the multinationals boost the spread of knowledge through their personnel training and flow, help with the creation of technical innovation environment, and usher in Chinese businesses＇ R＆D investment. Such positive overflow effect plays a positive role in Chinese businesses technical innovation. |
