抗拒的效力:从环境公民权到可持续公民权

“绿色公民权”是一个从“消极的”环境公民权到“积极的”可持续公民权的连续统一体。一种“抗拒”或“批判性”可持续公民权,对于创建一个真正的可持续社会,具有核心性的重要意义。可持续公民权概念不仅可以从古老的城市共和主义公民权传统中得到理论侧证,而且可以进一步发展成为当代公民权培育中义务“可持续服务”实践的理论基础,而绿化进程中的国家将在其中扮演一个积极而又关键的角色。

Resistance is fertile: from environmental to sustainability Citizenship

On the assumption that green citizenship can be viewed as a continuum from passive environmental to active sustainability citizenship, this paper will explore the centrality and significance of a resistance citizenship or critical citizenship for achieving a less unsustainable society. The author argues that this kind of citizenship, which can be traced back to the theoretical tradition of republicanism, can further develop into a theoretical basis for certain pattern of compulsory ‘sustainability service’ in the course of contemporary citizenship education, and wherein, a positive and key role will be played by the greening state.
